Job Responsibilities:
Installation:Â Install, inspect, and maintain various types of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including split systems, ductless systems, central air units, and more.
Repairs:Â Diagnose and repair malfunctioning AC and heating systems. This includes troubleshooting issues, identifying faulty components, and replacing or repairing them to restore functionality.
Maintenance:Â Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, lubricating moving parts, and checking refrigerant levels to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
System Testing:Â Conduct tests and run performance checks on AC and HVAC systems to verify their proper operation and identify any potential problems.
Refrigerant Handling:Â Properly handle, recover, and recycle refrigerants in accordance with environmental regulations.
Documentation:Â Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including service reports, equipment logs, and documentation of parts used.
Customer Interaction:Â Interact with customers to explain the scope of work, provide cost estimates, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Compliance:Â Adhere to safety standards and regulations in all HVAC-related tasks. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and guidelines.
Upgrades and Retrofitting:Â Install upgrades or retrofit older HVAC systems to improve energy efficiency, reduce environmental impact, or meet changing requirements.
Emergency Services:Â Provide emergency repair services, including evenings and weekends, to address urgent heating or cooling system issues.
Requirements:
Education:Â High school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Completion of a formal HVAC training program or apprenticeship is a plus.
Certification:Â Some states and municipalities may require HVAC technicians to obtain licensure or certification. Check local regulations for specific requirements.
Experience:Â Previous experience as an HVAC or AC technician is highly desirable. On-the-job training may be provided for entry-level positions.
Technical Skills:Â Strong technical skills in electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC systems are essential. Familiarity with different HVAC equipment and tools is necessary.

Salary: AED1,700.00 – AED1,900.00 per month
