Job Description
- Involvement in defining the scope of the project, gathering business requirements by conducting Interviews, JAD sessions, and brainstorming with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to organize training material and write user manuals.
- Involve in brainstorming sessions with business users to create an Approach/Solution for the project.
- Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix RTM for requirements, design, and test validations.
- Work with users to gather and elaborate business and functional requirements and objectives for analysis.
- Responsible for Collaboration meetings with Program Managers, Confidential, and various other counterparts to help guide them through our process.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters’s degree in Business Administration or Management or any degree.
- Ability to embrace and understand the change process and elaborate the change process thoroughly.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements at different stages of software development life cycle (SDLC) models such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Strong understanding of Project Management tools, and ability to understand internal and external business problems.
- Excellent Documentation, Communication, Negotiation, and Analytical Skills.
