Job Purpose Is :

To provide the best shopping experience to each and every customer through Outstanding Customer Service.

To be the brand advocate and the face of the store and contribute to the efficiency of operational processes and standards including stock management and VM.

To ensure that customers get a positive first impression of the stores for them to be willing to come back later.

To be always HAPPY and promote happiness among team members.

Principal Accountabilities

Customer Service

  • Provide best shopping experience to all customers through outstanding customer service.
  • Implement and execute all company customer service programs and/or initiatives.
  • Follow client telling process and mechanism.
  • Ensure proper aftersales services to all customers.
  • Practice suggestive selling and recommend alternative products to customers when they don’t find what they need.
  • Manage customer complaints and grievance in a professional way.
  • Ensure the implementation and execution of company CRM processes and initiatives.
  • Capture customer data for the purpose of building relationships to personalize future client development opportunities.
  • Capture lost sales opportunities and feedback to management on specific customer needs.
  • Monitor mystery shopper report and engage with management on related action plans.
  • Promote Alyasra Online shopping websites (OnTime.com and icoona.com, etc.) to serve our Omnichannel strategy.
  • Promote all Alyasra brands whenever possible.

Financial

  • Achieve set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Achieve the agreed Key performance indicators for stores like conversion, ATV & UPT.
  • Adhere to LP policies and procedures to avoid negative financial implications.

Stock

  • Ensure products are stocked and displayed to the right levels as per guidelines and management direction.
  • Support in receiving and displaying new arrivals.
  • Participate in stock count/ inventory taking.
  • Participate in products replenishment.
  • Handle products with utmost care in store and at POS area to avoid damages.

Store standards

  • Maintain store standards at all times including store cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are properly followed and maintained as per the company and/or brand guidelines.
  • Ensure proper implementation of all LP, Safety and Security standards.
  • Maintain POS and cash handling procedures.
  • Adhere to all store policies and procedures.

brand and product knowledge

  • Understand the brand DNA/Concept/History and Legacy and promote the same to customers.
  • Educate self and team with products features, advantages and benefits and promote the same to customers.
  • Stay updated with new products/arrivals and market trends.

Self and team

  • Be HAPPY and promote happiness among team members.
  • Be Alyasra citizen at all times through promoting the organization and the culture of PEOPLE FIRST.
  • Engage in all learning events and adhere to the monthly training plan.
  • Engage in all development programs such as SDP and promotion assessment centers.
  • Maintain good teamwork spirt, healthy work environment and positive relationship with all colleagues and management.
  • Support new colleagues during in-store induction.
  • Actively participate in company people survey – Glint.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of all business related matters.

Job context:

Accountable for ensuring the proper implementation and efficiency of sales, operational standards, customer service, visual merchandise, and promotional plans.
