Our lovely Client based in Avonmouth is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to carry out the following:

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with key customers within the Retail, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Hospitality sectors. Your primary focus will be generating additional revenue within these accounts by gaining a deeper understanding of our customers’ business needs and strategy, and key trends within their industries.

You will be able to use your communications skills to identify and develop additional business opportunities for supply chain technology solutions such as Mobile Computing, Barcode Printing & Scanning, RFID and our comprehensive range of in house professional and managed services.

Responsibilities:

Mapping existing and new accounts to identify key contacts, and then building valuable relationships with them

Identifying new opportunities within our customer base and securing orders to ensure sales and growth targets are consistently met

Collaborate and gain support from Sales, Technical and Logistics teams to ensure successful outcomes

Using and maintaining customer information and opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system

Skills / qualities required:

3-5 years Solution Sales Experience (Hardware or Software)

Experience in developing sales pipelines that exceed revenue & revenue growth targets

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Self-motivated, tenacious and goal driven

Hours of work:

8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday inclusive (this is a Full-Time position)

This role is based at offices in Avonmouth, Bristol - Remote Working is not an option

You will need your own transport as public transport links to Avonmouth are not reliable.
