Introduction
All Sales Team Members report directly to the Sales Floor Manager, and work closely with Service Advisors.

Salespeople focus on helping people have fun by riding bikes, make thoughtful recommendations to cyclists, and carry on meaningful relationships with riders in their community.
Job Duties
Administrative
- Politely and professionally reply to emails and phone calls
- Help to maintain a tidy database in Ascend by collecting clean data
- Attend semi-annual scorecard reviews in conjunction with the Sales Floor Manager and Operations Manager
Team
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Mentor new team members
- Ensure that the floor is manned at all times when riders are present
- Attend semi-annual scorecard reviews in conjunction with the Sales Floor Manager and Operations Manager
Infrastructure
- Ensure the floor sales is maintained in a neat and orderly manner with merchandise set-up, displayed, priced, and properly stored as directed
- Maintain store cleanliness throughout the day
- As required, operate company vehicles to make rider deliveries as well as loading/unloading equipment or products from the delivery vehicle
- Keep display bikes, frames, and wheel sets clean and maintained
Area of Expertise
- Stay knowledgeable on accessory offerings such as clothing, shoes, helmets, etc.
- Answer any questions riders may have in-person, through email, or over the phone
- Greet riders and help them find the right products for their cycling needs, based off your knowledge and experience
- Exhibit exemplary hospitality at all times
