Tru Recruitment are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join a law firm in Cheltenham. You will play a crucial role in contributing to the smooth operation of the Probate department by managing administrative tasks. This position requires a high level of accuracy and organisation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deal with incoming post to include scanning documents.
- Data entry and maintain accurate records on the database.
- Archiving wills, trust deeds and other legal documents.
- Provide admin support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Liaising with clients who may be collecting Wills.
- Organise and search records.
- Production of letters and supporting documents when sending out Wills.
- Making appointments and dealing with Will charity schemes.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ideally degree educated in any discipline.
- Proficiency in IT systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail in admin tasks and data entry activities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
