Office Administrator

  • Annual Salary: £26,500 per annum
  • Location: Croydon
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Join a dynamic and fast-growing client of ours. They are a forward-thinking, paperless business that values collaboration, innovation, and efficiency. They are seeking an organised, proactive, and ambitious Office Administrator to manage our office operations and provide administrative support to our leadership team.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Office & Facilities Management:

    • Serve as the Office First Aider and Office Fire Marshal (training provided).
    • Oversee office operations including stationery, IT equipment, office supplies, and waste management.
    • Manage contractor relationships, including cleaning services and office waste management.
    • Maintain a well-presented, efficient office environment.
  • IT, Systems & Recruitment:

    • Manage external IT support provider and coordinate IT-related issues.
    • Oversee management of software licensing and maintain QR code systems used within the business.
    • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Business Administration & Support:

    • Manage employee overtime approvals and logs.
    • Support with Bonus KPIs reporting and tracking.
    • Manage company social media and website content updates.
    • Provide PA support to the Managing Director and Senior Management Team, including diary organisation and meeting support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive and confident in managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a paperless environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
