Duties

Duties will include but are not limited to the following

For Letting management:

• Update accounts receivable
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Assist in preparing financial statements
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
• Process and follow up on invoices and late payments

Corporate card management:

• Assist with internal compliance documentation
• Process and follow up on receipts
• Cross check and ensure the spending adheres to company policies

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• With some relevant work experience will be preferred
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
