The Role:
- Lead and manage modular multifamily construction projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and in-house teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and contracts.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are upheld across all operations.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
The Person:
- Experience in construction project management (multifamily or modular)
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
- Track record of delivering projects successfully and to a high standard.
