This role is ideal for someone who's organized, customer-focused, and experienced in domestic freight coordination, dispatch, or transportation planning. You'll oversee shipments from start to finish - ensuring freight moves efficiently, safely, and on time.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule domestic freight shipments (LTL, FTL, intermodal) across the U.S.

• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers to manage pickups and deliveries.

• Track shipments and provide proactive updates to clients.

• Negotiate freight rates and secure carrier capacity when needed.

• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards.

• Resolve delivery issues and delays quickly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate shipment data, documentation, and billing records.

• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years' experience in domestic transportation, dispatch, or freight coordination.

• Understanding of U.S. trucking modes (LTL, FTL, intermodal).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office.

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused.

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
