Food Industry Technologist

Job Responsibilities:

• Implements improve the organization, and optimize technological processes of own production;
• Prepares proposals for expanding the range and improving quality.
• Organizes operational control over the rational use of raw materials, products, compliance with the rules of the technology of making dishes and products;
• Develops, approves, and implements documents: technical conditions, technological instructions, block diagrams of technological processes, description of final products, risk analysis, laboratory tests, samples of products of own production, etc.
• Calculates production recipes and determines the parameters and regimes of the technological process;

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of work experience as a technologist in the relevant field;
• Higher education, majoring in food production engineering.
• Knowledge of legislative acts regarding product quality and safety;
• Knowledge of standards, regulations, and instructions in force in the bakery and confectionery industry;
• To be able to determine economic efficiency.
