Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic equipment.

• Assist machine operators and other production staff as needed.

• Sort, pack, and prepare products for shipping or storage.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including tools and equipment.

• Follow company health, safety, and food safety (if applicable) guidelines at all times.

• Report any equipment issues, safety hazards, or quality concerns to the supervisor.

• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general labour, manufacturing, warehouse, or food production is an asset but not required.

• Ability to work in various environments (including cold, wet, or noisy conditions depending on the department).

• Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 60 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).

Work Conditions

• May require working in cold storage or production areas.

• Use of protective gear such as gloves, boots, safety glasses, or uniforms as required
