Description

• Greet every customer in a friendly manner and manage the customer lineup. In other words, make someone's day.

• Communicate clearly, efficiently and politely with co-workers to ensure that the correct order is served to the customers in a timely manner.

• Provide guests with samples & descriptions of product(s) as needed

• Prepare dessert orders while following all preparation, health and safety standards and guidelines.

• Complete cleaning tasks and follow checklists provided by management; Keep work area organized and clean, and sanitary throughout shift (following strict COVID-19 protocols).

• Prepare and stock/restock for daily and weekly operations - inventory receipt paper, loyalty cards, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper

• Follow correct opening and closing procedures

• Organize and throw away recycling, compost, and trash.

• Able to take direction from management when asked
