ob Purpose
Acquire new business, perform business & market analyses, and improve relationships with clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Acquire New Business in line with ARIE established guidelines for Customer acquisitions
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure Continuity of business
- Penetrate into competitor’s customer base and in new market areas, industry verticals, and Customer groups
- Build a new business from high net-worth individuals within Companies and maintain excellent relationships
- Utilize the provided CRM System to plan and organize Sales activities, such as the preparation of action plans and schedules, contacts, visits, communications, and follow-up actions
- Prepare accurate Site visit report along with On-boarding documentation
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts for new prospects using ARIE standards templates and style
- Develop and maintain sales materials, update current product and market knowledge
- Identify and resolve Customer concerns
- Prepare and present Status/Sales reports including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals to HOD and Management as necessary
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
- Collect, analyze and present data to HOD and Management about competitors, new Products/Services, and market to support decision-making and strategy formation
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or A Master’s degree in Business administration is an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in the financial service industry within the UAE
