Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide ride and park information
- Process transactions using POS systems and credit card machines
- Suggest ticket options to guests
- Ensure proper opening and closing cash counts
- Measure guests for appropriate pass purchases
- Process online coupons
- Answer guest inquiries
- Perform end-of-shift accounting duties
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Cash-handling experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal communication
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Comfortable standing for long periods
