As a Finance Assistant, you will dive into the world of finance with a hands-on approach, providing essential support to our finance team and senior managers. Your responsibilities will include assisting with various financial accounting processes such as month-end close, preparing consolidated financial statements, conducting cashflow reporting, and engaging in external and internal audits. You will also maintain Fixed Asset Registers, support royalty payment procedures, and ensure timely customer query resolution. Your role will be pivotal in delivering outstanding service to all stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting ad-hoc projects that arise.

Hours of Work: Full-time, with flexible hybrid working arrangements

Finance Assistant Requirements:

1. AAT part-qualified or equivalent
2. Strong understanding of professional accounting principles
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Proven ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
5. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and accountancy software
