Your Role

As the Ingredient Mixer you will be primarily responsible for the mixing of hand add ingredients, including medication, to produce quality batches ensuring all processes and standard operation procedures and guidelines are followed.

Day to Day

  • Stage and prepare ingredients for blends and mixes as needed for production according to batch specifications and formulas.
  • Record and review all documentation for batch making.
  • Manage inventory controls for shipping and receiving ingredients.
  • Monitor ingredient inventory.
  • Perform medication reconciliation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ensure proper and safe operation of the equipment including cleaning and inspection of equipment.

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of high school education or equivalent
  • 1-year prior work experience, ideally in a production environment
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • Experience with operation of computerized processing equipment
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift to 50lbs repeatedly.
  • Ability to support a 12-hour rotating shift, including weekends.
